SISTERHOOD IN BLOOM

A throwback to one of my first photo shoots back in the Philippines - a memory that still feels so vivid. I had just gotten my first ever DSLR camera, and with all the excitement and curiosity of a beginner, I couldn't wait to start creating. I didn't have professional models or a studio, but I did have supportive high school friends who were kind enough to say yes when I asked them to model for me.

We packed a few thrifted outfits, grabbed some snacks, and set off on a little adventure. It started with an hour-long drive through winding provincial roads, a 30-minute boat ride across calm waters, until we finally reached this tiny, secluded island -quiet, untouched, and absolutely beautiful.

There was no plan, no mood board, and no fancy gear - just a camera, some natural light, and shared excitement of doing something new. We explored, ran barefoot on the sand, and made the most out of what we had.

Wrapped in lace and crowned with florals, these ethereal portraits celebrate beauty, strength, and connection.

Looking back now, it wasn't just about the photos we took - it was about the experience, the friendship, and that pure creative spark that got everything started. I'll always be grateful for that day. It was the beginning of a journey that has brought me so far, and yet still feels like it's just getting started by.
