AARON & LEYI’S SURPRISE PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT IN AUSTIN

This shoot took an unexpected-and-amazing-turn!

Originally, Leyi reached out for a couples session to celebrate their love in beautiful Texas Summer, and we planned a golden hour shoot in one of Austin's dreamy fields. But just a week before our session, Leyi sent me a message that completely changed everything: they had just found out they were expecting!

With hearts full and the happiest surprise to share, our couple session turned into a pregnancy announcement session - and it couldn't have been more perfect.

Leyi was absolutely radiant in a flowy white dress, and Aaron kept smiling (especially when they looked at each other). They brought they're very first sonogram photo, and we incorporated it into sweet, subtle moments during our shoot. Whether it was tucked between wildflowers or proudly held between them, it was such a powerful symbol of the next chapter they're stepping into.

This session was filled with love, soft light, smiles, and that unspoken excitement of two people about becoming parents. I'm so grateful to have captured these first memories for this couple - what started as a love story is now growing into something even more beautiful.
