The holiday season is such a special time to capture memories, and this year was no exception! Over the past few weeks, I had the joy of photographing Christmas mini sessions in a few fun locations: the Lumen Room, a converted living room in my home studio, and outdoors at Mueller Lake Park. Each session was full of laughter, cozy vibes, and holiday cheer.
The Lumen Room
It is perfect for bright, airy, and stylish holiday minis. Couples, families, and even families with babies loved this space for its soft light and festive charm. From joyful laughter to intimate snuggles, these sessions were full of heartwarming moments.
In-Home | Converted Living Room
I had planned to do this session outdoors, but with the cold weather, the client requested a last-minute change. I quickly transformed my living room into a cozy mini studio, creating an intimate, at-home holiday vibe. Families and couples loved the warm, personal feel of this space, making it easy to capture candid interactions, genuine smiles, and small details that really tell a story.

Some sessions took place outdoors at Mueller, where the natural light and holiday season backdrop made for bright, cheerful photos. Couples, families, and pups all enjoyed running around and playing, creating fun, lively, and joyful holiday memories.
Whether in the Lumen Room, at home in my converted living room, or outdoors at Mueller, the goal of these minis was simple: capture the joy, warmth, and connection of the season. Every session was unique, but all had that special holiday magic that makes mini sessions so fun.
